LEGNANO – The Legnano State Police has identified the person responsible for one sexual violence committed a month ago in the city center and in broad daylight against a minor. The investigations began on April 15, when a 16 year old girl of foreign origin told the Volante officers, alerted by the head teacher of the institute the minor attends, that she had been raped in the gardens of via Diaz. The perpetrator of the violence was a man he had met a few months earlier at the train station.

A ban on approaching the victim has been ordered
Received his description from the victim, which he provided also a photograph and mobile number of the attacker, the officers of the police station directed by the deputy commissioner Ilenia Romano they tracked him down near his home. The minor, in a confused state and under the influence of alcoholwas transported to the hospital for checks, from where she was discharged with a prognosis of two days and returned to her parents.
