Ferrara vice Conte? The former Juventus player explains the rumors of recent weeks: surprise for the fans

Antonio Conte would be very close to Napoli according to the latest rumors, the Apulian coach’s deputy could be Ferrara.

The Napoli bench still remains a knot to untie. In all likelihood, Aurelio De Laurentiis he will only dissolve his reservations at the end of the championship, definitively choosing the leader of the season of rebirth.

The Apulian coach, always eager for victories and very ambitious, would objectively be the most suitable choice to shake up the environment, dormant after the last sad and indecent months; furthermore, it would represent a clear message from De Laurentiis himself, who in first person made a mistake in any operation in the post-scudetto.

According to various insiders, the former Juventus star could be joined at Napoli in the role of deputy Ciro Ferrara, historic champion of Italy and Europe (UEFA Cup), in the blue shirt, although he left the club in a bad way. Intercepted on the microphones of SportMediasetFerrara himself wanted to comment on these rumors, apparently not closing the door on Napoli:

“I’m sorry if one of my posts may have misunderstood. A season with DAZN is coming to an end. For now I don’t have any contract, I’m released at the end of the season.”

In short, what appear to be the classic ritual declarations, as to date there is no signed and filed contract. But that: “Currently”attached to: “At the end of the season I will be tied up”, it could mean something, more than something. The relationship between Ferrara and Conte is something long-standing, a story born during the winning years at Juventus and which linked the two, is something brewing?

For now we can’t know, the fans are waiting, but it now seems clear and obvious that Antonio Conte’s name would be the one capable of rekindling them.
