The Marche Wine Tour arrives in Potenza Picena

POTENZA PICENA – The pearls of agricultural biodiversity in the Marche region come to the fore Inviting appointment in Potenza Picena! Chefs Gian Marco Di Girolami, Davide Marchionni and Barbara Settembri talk about wine tourism and brassitourism

On May 21st, at 8pm, the Marche Wine Tour arrives in Potenza Picena for a special dinner designed to enhance the combination of beer and agricultural biodiversity.

A tasty event set in the scenic setting of the evocative Cappella dei Contadini, which will see the extraordinary participation of the artist Dario Ba-zan engaged in a spectacular live painting.

A six-handed dinner created by the chefs of the Accademia di Tipicità: Gian Marco Di Girolami, Davide Marchionni and Barbara Settembri.

The menu is a declaration of love for the products of the earth and the peasant roots of our region’s cuisine.

Free-range chicken, ciauscolo PGI, mountain pecorino and other symbols of the Marche tradition embrace the pearls of biodiversity: the Montesanto pea, the Colfiorito potato and the Montelupone artichoke.

An evening dedicated to enhancing the other side of wine tourism, brew tourism, dedicated to all lovers of beer in its thousand variations.

The protagonists of the evening will, in fact, be the Resina breweries of Potenza Picena and Birra Formante of Sant’Elpidio a Mare.

The Marche Wine Tour is a project co-financed by the Marche Region as part of the “Marche Wine Tourism: from the vineyard to the table” tender, organized by Bonfilidesign with the collaboration of Tipicità, AIS Marche and Movimondo Viaggi.
