We will have to wait at least Sunday, but perhaps Tuesday or Wednesday of next week, for the drawing by lot of the position of candidates for mayor and lists, on the ballot paper of Sanremo and Ospedaletti.

This morning, in fact, the candidate Luca De Pasquale, has regularly presented, through his lawyers, the appeal against the disqualification of his list, which should be running for the administrative elections of the city of flowers. In addition to him, again this morning in Genoa, they introduced themselves Valentina Lugarà And Giorgio Boeriboth candidates for mayor of Ospedaletti.

“We have filed the appeal and are awaiting the outcome. I would also like to clarify – said Boeri – in response to the latest statements by Mayor Daniele Cimiotti, released to Sanremo News, that ours is not controversy but only a narration of the facts. Our ‘Ospedaletti Rinasce’ list is the only new one and therefore had the procedural obligation of authentication with the Municipality. This detail already demonstrates that it is only a defect of form but not of substance. Among other things, not detected by the head of the demographic service who provided the signature authentication, nor by the municipal secretary who, as per his own declaration, viewed its contents and signatures”.

Now, after the filing of the three appeals, the TAR has three days to decide and, in case of rejection of the same, the candidates can turn to the Council of State which has another two days to respond. So the draw, which was supposed to take place last Sunday, will be postponed to next week.
