This year the AIA Section of Latina has decided to really do things big. The new headquarters inaugurated in via Garibaldi, in the center of Latina, just a stone’s throw from Piazza del Quadrato.
In the presence of members and journalists, President Fiore Pressato, head of the Pontine Section for 14 years, hosted the event. Official inauguration which took place in the presence of the national president of the AIA, Carlo Pacifici and the Councilor for sport and youth policies of the Municipality of Latina, Andrea Chiarato.
The band of Pontine whistlers then moved to the Hotel Fogliano new life, where thanks to the leadership of the vice-president of the Regional Referees Committee, as well as another historic pillar of the Latina Section, Cristiano Partuini, the end-of-season sectional prizes were awarded.
Important presences on the Fogliano tables, including the former Milan women’s and Viterbese coach Carolina Morace, as well as the former international referee Veronica Vettorel. Present, albeit from a distance, with a video, Daniele Orsato.
A beautiful evening, which confirms the desire of the Latina referee movement to be a family and to constantly improve itself, always remaining together, according to the dogmas of associative value.
Association values recalled by the president Fiore Pressato, who declared:
“It is a satisfaction for me, now in my 14th year as president, I feel I have trained the managers of the future. It’s something to be very proud of, I have a spectacular group of collaborators.”
