The University of Perugia is placed in 17th place with a score of 75.2 points out of 100, i.e. the maximum score, which this year was achieved only by Harvard, at the top of the world rankings. On Monday the Center for world university rankings published the university rankings, also including the national lists.
In particular, on the Italian podium there are La Sapienza University of Rome (score of 81 and 124th place in the world), the University of Padua (79.5 and 173) and the University of Milan (79.2 and 186), followed from the Universities of Bologna (78.8 and 201), Turin (77.9 and 245) and from Federico II of Naples (77.7 and 253). Also in the Italian top ten are the universities of Florence, Genoa, Pisa and Pavia.
At an international level, however, the University of Perugia is 424th, while it achieves a better result with regards to the research activities carried out, placing itself in the dedicated ranking in 395th place. Unlike the main Italian and international universities, the Umbrian university has not made sufficient data available to allow the Center for world university rankings to place it in another fundamental ranking, that of employability.
