VITERBO – Stadium, new notice for annual management published. A new expression of interest for the temporary assignment of the Rocchi stadium. To participate, interested sports clubs must submit an application by May 27th.
Public notice with a minimum amount of 18,400 euros per year and a maximum amount of 102,000 euros per year: this is the solution studied by the Municipality – even if the fans, who will return to Piazza delle Erbe tomorrow at 5.30 pm, would have preferred a direct assignment to Favl, their standard bearer, as happens in other cities and as unofficially proposed in recent weeks by Palazzo dei Priori – to reopen the gates of the Rocchi next season.
The exploratory notice, published late yesterday afternoon also thanks to the requests of the Gialloblù people, provides for the assignment of the stadium from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025 (a sports season), and does not include the training ground of the Pillar.
The future manager, who will have to deal with “custody, surveillance, cleaning, payment of utilities – we read in the document – and ordinary maintenance of the stadium”, will also be able to “carry out food and drink administration activities as an additional activity to the sporting one”: the Municipality still writes, as well as merchandising activities.
“Sports clubs, amateur associations, sports protection bodies, federations, associations recognized by CONI or affiliated with promotion bodies, associations that pursue educational, recreational and social purposes in sport and free time” can participate in the expression of interest.
