The City of Viterbo has forwarded a request for availability for the appointment of a member of the judging commission which will examine the technical-economic offers relating to the tender aimed at awarding the urban waste collection, transport and disposal service and urban hygiene services.
The contracting authority has in fact deemed it appropriate to establish the judging commission through the identification and appointment of some external members in order to guarantee adequate and specific professionalism and competence in the reference sector.
Therefore the notice concerns the appointment of the members of the selection commission with the roles of “members other than the president” and “president”. More specifically, the question is expressly reserved for:
- external professionals whose activity is subject to the obligation of registration in orders or colleges;
- employees of other contracting authorities referred to in Annex I.1 – Definitions of subjects, contracts, procedures and tools – of Legislative Decree 36 of 2023 (article 1, paragraph 1, letter q), in conjunction with the article 13, paragraph 6;
The commission will be made up of three members. The search for candidates – specifies the Municipality in the notice – has the sole purpose of making the organization aware of the availability of candidates with the requirements prescribed in the notice itself. The compensation due following the assignment of the assignment is determined as a flat rate and all-inclusive amount of:
- 6,825.00 euros for the role of president;
- 6,500.00 euros for the position of commissioner.

The application request with the relevant attachments must be received by Wednesday 15 May 2024 at 10:00 am.
