The project was launched in recent weeks in Terni, as part of a meeting included in the Tic Festival programme, moderated by Radio1 host Ivan Cardia, who is also its promoter. It tends to identify possible spaces for sharing and synergy to enhance young people who love music.

«The project that Ivan Cardia conceived and is promoting – underlines the councilor for culture and territorial marketing, Giacomo Rossiello – can really make a difference for young people who are entering the world of music and do not have the resources to make themselves known. This is an initiative that directly networks local administrations that dialogue, creating a virtuous path aimed at supporting and enhancing local talents and the territory itself. In agreement with the Mayor, Tommaso Minervini, we have convincedly joined the project, a showcase in every sense. I invite our young people – he concludes – to join, to make themselves heard.”
