Saturday 11 May new appointment of Bio Tipico Locale at NaturaSì in Asti in Piazza Porta Torino 14: Saturday 11 May guest Michele Gozzelino from the Kalipè farm in Costigliole d’Asti.

This young beekeeping experience has created a network with other young rural businesses from Costigliole firmly convinced of the protection of the ecosystem, including the producer DuiPuvrun, also a supplier to the Cooperativa della Rava and della Fava.

The flagship that will be offered next Saturday is the multi-flower honey from the Alta Montagna Alpina protected by Slow Food: this high-mountain multi-flower honey is born from the pristine slopes of the Orsiera Rocciavrè natural park, among expanses of rhododendron, laburnum and raspberry. alpine; it embodies the ardor and purity of these floral essences that proliferate at altitudes where the vegetation begins to give way to the rock. A very strict slow food control system in the production of Alta Montagna Alpina honey: the bees raised in hives free of toxic paints are placed above 1700 meters from June to August; in case of illnesses, only organic acids are used. Pasteurization or heating during honey processing is totally excluded.

Michele will also present the entire production: dark, amber and light wildflower honey from Astesa with peculiar characteristics: from wild cherry, acacia and chestnut flowers.
Michele Gozzelino will be present to give all the information on his production and to have his honeys tasted.
