The Prada Group invests in Umbria. The hand, the heart, the head: a mix of skills, one that ties together Milan to the center of Italy, Umbria And Tuscany in particular, which has allowed the Group to grow exponentially over the years. And to carry forward, during 2023, investments of 60 million euros in vertical integration, progressive internationalization of some phases of the production process and acquisition of strategic skills. Of these, 72% are women, 16% are under 35 years old. 65 hires were made during 2023, another 30 new hires are planned for this year.
