Research is underway at Verona Of a man who this morning, Wednesday 8 May, threw himself into the Adige river in an attempt to escape from the police. Two fire brigade teams with seven men and several divers, arrived from Vicenza, are intervening on site.

As reported by The Arenathe alarm went off around 6.15am on Wednesday 8 May in the area of Rigaste of Verona.
Some witnesses said that the man was in the company of two other people and that they were staying trying to break into the bar of a playground, in front of the former Arsenale.
