Fighting Bullying: Monza Combat School and Sport Village against bullying

Monza. A free event took place on Saturday 4 May in Monza to raise awareness of children and parents on the topic of bullying. The event “Fighting Bullying”was organized by Roberto Pizzagalli Head Coach Monza Combat School at Sport Village Monza.
Bullying, unfortunately still a current and widespread phenomenon, requires constant commitment and a multidisciplinary approach to be effectively combated. The free workshop on May 4th aimed precisely at this objective, bringing together with Roberto Pizzagalli a team of experts capable of addressing the topic from multiple points of view:

Pedagogical: Doctor Sabrina Lo Bartoloan expert in courses against school dropout, provided concrete tools to recognize bullying and intervene effectively within the school.
Emotional: Valeria RossiCounselor artist and successful singer-songwriter, helped participants understand the emotions behind bullying, both for those who suffer it and for those who act, encouraging empathy and mutual understanding.
Eastern philosophical: Philip ScimoneMaster of Tai Chi and Qi Gong, introduced principles of oriental disciplines such as meditation and breathing, useful for developing self-awareness and emotional management, fundamental elements for preventing bullying.
Sporty: The Panathlon Club Monza Brianza – 1969 promoted the ethical values ​​of sport, such as respect, loyalty and collaboration, essential elements for creating a healthy and inclusive scholastic and social environment.
