In the penultimate match of the regular season, Lasersoft Riccione achieved another victory thanks to a 3-2 win over Montesilvano: 17-25, 25-13, 25-11, 23-25, 15-6. It was a multi-faceted match, with Piraccini’s girls dominating in the central part and then doing well to regain control of the match when Montesilvano managed to reach the tie-break. At the start, after the overall balance, it was the guests who sprinted towards winning the set. In the second and third there is no reverse story, with Godenzoni truly super and right MVP. Lasersoft goes 8-4 in the fourth and seems to be able to close it, but loses the set and then closes in the fifth. Last regular season match next Saturday, at home against Porto San Giorgio.
