Increasing clouds with even compact accumulations are expected in particular in the Apuan area, close to the Apennines and in the hilly areas of central-southern Tuscany as highlighted on the map.
Slightly more substantial phenomena are expected in the provinces of Siena, Pisa (south), Grosseto (inland) and more sporadically Arezzo.
In these areas, a rainfall trigger is more likely between the Colline Metallifere, the Amiata and Val d’Orcia and the Chianti Hills.
It improves again in the evening with large clearings across Tuscany.
