TURIN – The staff of the PS Barriera Nice police station arrested a 52-year-old man for having violated the precautionary measure of the ban on approaching the home of the offended party, victim of persecutory acts.
During the territorial control service, the police station patrol, walking along Via Nizza, notices a man sitting at a table in a bar who, as soon as he notices the policemen, suddenly gets up to head inside the place.
The operators, suspicious of the behavior of the man, a fifty-two year old, identify him; from the investigations carried out against him it emerges that he is affected by the Ban on Approaching the home of the offended party for a distance of no less than 500 meters and by the ban on staying in the Municipality of Turin, both issued by the local Court.
The criminal proceedings are currently in the preliminary investigation phase, therefore the presumption of not guilt of the suspect applies until the final sentence.
