In Vicenza three million euros of profits less than the previous year
The Board of Directors of Agsm Aim – reports a note – approved the 2023 consolidated financial statements, which record over 2 billion in production value, an Ebitda of 157 million euros (net of the results of the sale of Amia, i.e. the company that deals with waste, to the Municipality of Verona) and a net profit of 29 million euros. Profit is down by 20 million euros compared to 2022, due to an appreciation – at the time – of the price of energy which has now decreased.
Investments were over 115 million euros and the net financial position was 370 million, a clear improvement. The shareholders, i.e. the Municipality of Verona and that of Vicenza, were offered 27.8 million euros in dividends, which will be divided by share, i.e. 62% in Verona and 37% in Vicenza. Which means that in Vicenza they will reach just over 10 million euros, three less than last year. In 2022, 9 million euros had arrived from Agsm Aim to the Municipality of Vicenza.
