Twenty-four hours after the dirt road stage in the province of Siena, here is Friday 10th May one of the most awaited stages on the roads of Umbria. It is the 37.2 km individual time trial that unites Foligno in Perugia, with a total height difference of 400 metres. A time trial as flat as a billiard, touching the towns of Spello, Assisi and Bastia Umbra up to the foot of the Umbrian capital, with the final climb that will take the runners to the center of Perugia. Filippo Ganna is ready for the challenge and would like to wear the pink jersey here, but there is no shortage of opponents and it will be a good challenge.
