PicernoCrotone – Ninety minutes of passion, are those that in a few hours an entire city will experience which, although far from Scida, will virtually rally around the team that will take the field in Picerno this evening for the first round of the playoffs. Tonight we can rewrite history of this season, starting from a blank page, which can take on those colors that we have always had in our hearts.
Ninety minutes to change the fate of this championship to give this city the laurels it deserves, to give this club the satisfaction it deserves after the many sacrifices made to bring and maintain football in Crotone.
Many left for Picerno in the early afternoon. Vans, minivans, cars and minibuses are all good for following Crotone on this away match. There will be around two hundred rossoblù fans who today, in the middle of a working day, have traveled from Crotone to follow and support the team.
Playing in the middle of the week in places that are physically distant, almost inaccessible, makes the trip prohibitive. But despite this the heart of the rossoblù fans will also beat at the Donato Curcio in Picerno this evening.
A clear signal, the one that the Crotone fans wanted to give to the team today: they believe it, they believe in a dreamthey believe in a turning point, but above all they believe that this team can accomplish the feat and even if eight “feats” are needed, there is someone convinced that “it can be done!”.
And while two hundred hearts will beat in unison this evening at the Curcio, sixty thousand will be waiting in the city, glued to the television (live on RaiSPort at 9pm) to return to rejoicing and dreaming. A city, a team, a passion, Crotone today is simply this!
