The hygienic-health treatments scheduled in the municipal area of Bisceglie continue. These are deblattization, rodent control and anti-larval interventions that will be carried out throughout the city.
In particular, on Monday 13 May 2024, from 11pm to 5am, anti-wing disinfestation treatments will be carried out. During the latter, citizens are recommended to keep doors and windows tightly closed and to take every useful precaution to avoid possible contamination of people, animals or clothing and foodstuffs left outside their homes.
On Saturday 11th and Saturday 18th May, disinfection treatments will also take place in municipal schools throughout the city. In recent months, anti-larval disinfestation interventions have already been carried out and will also continue in the months of May and June. Furthermore, the deblattization and rodent control treatments will continue in the months of May, June, July, August and September, as will the anti-wing disinfestation, the dates of which will be progressively announced.
In order to make municipal interventions fully effective, they must be integrated with cleaning and disinfestation activities to be carried out in private areas and in condominiums. To avoid the proliferation of mice and insects, everyone’s responsible collaboration is necessary. Citizens are advised not to leave rubbish on the street and to dispose of waste correctly separated, scrupulously observing days and times.
