ANCONA – It started at the end of April Paths of lovethe second part of Plural Thought Festivala project that has always been supported by Municipality of Ancona, department of culture, organized since its inception by the Forma Formante association with Lyrical Greci Comunicazione. There are many appointments in May, including this week, which you will see next Saturday, May 11ththe festival organized according to the series “The philosophical library, meeting with the authors” disembark at Lago Store in Ancona, in via XXIX Settembre at 6pm. Appointment with “At the window. Looks, thresholds and fractures between painting and cinema”, book by Daniele Giustolisi published by Industria&Letteratura in 2023, a literary journey that takes the reader into a particular gallery of works in which the window, through the body and the gaze, gives space to one’s subjectivity. Daniele Giustolisi, born in Catania in 1989, after graduating in literature and philosophy, moved to Bologna specializing in visual arts. Journalist and musician, he deals with studies and research on new paradigms of cultural communication. The presentation will be of artistic director of the festival, Antonio Luccarinian aperitif will follow.
Year after year the Festival of Plural Thought – one of the first philosophical festivals in Italy, the first in the Marche – has contributed to the cultural growth of the city through the exercise of thought, combining a plurality of approaches and visions, encouraging discussion and debate and in general the stimulus to reflection and knowledge. The festival, divided into several locations – last Sunday at the Spazio Presente in via Buoncompagno “Like autumn leaves photographic reflections” by Silvia Salvarani – will continue with the series “At the school of philosophy” at the faculty of economics and commerce, in Piazza Martellialways at 5.15pm, Tuesday 21 May Antonio Luccarini with “Cinema and Eros”, Wednesday 22 May Patrizia Caporossi, philosopher and historian of women, with “L’amore al feminine” and Thursday 23 May again Antonio Luccarini with Gianmario Strappati “Music and eros”. While “The philosophical library, meeting with the authors” will be on stage Wednesday 29 May to the Savoia Benincasa scientific high schoolat 11am in the Bettini Galeazzi auditorium and at 5.30pm in the Homer Museum with Alessandro Salerno “Is Plato for tomorrow? Scholastic chronicles of the 21st century”, Algra editore, 2023, presents Antonio Luccarini.
