Less than 24 hours before the planned eviction of the condominium in via Torino 8, in Gallarate, and after the report aired last night on Striscia la Notizia (see HERE), a window of opportunity opens up for families and businesses in the large building a stone’s throw from the city centre, plagued by hygienic and structural problems, unwanted visitors and a heavy debt situation. This morning, upon convocation by the Prefect Salvatore Pasquariello, a Provincial Public Order Committee was held, to which the condominium administrator of the “Via Torino 8” complex was also summoned. In concert it was agreed to postpone the possible eviction by about ten days in light of the administrator’s commitment to convene a meeting todaycondominium meeting, to be carried out in a maximum of ten days. in order to deliberate with the two liquidators and with the other owners urgent intervention plan to restore public hygiene and safety conditions. Should the condominium assembly not approve this proposal to carry out the works, the clearing of the complex would be followed up without further extension. Tomorrow morning However, there will be access by the local police and law enforcement agencies to verify any unauthorized presence and implement the first works to block unauthorized access to the condominium.
