What do you mean, a city made to measure for people?
At the end of the participation workshops which involved the students of the Savino Pedrolli lower secondary school and the F.lli Pigarelli primary school, two mornings of tactical urbanism are scheduled
For Tuesday 14 and Wednesday 15 May 2024 starting from 9.30 am
The event will take place at the two schools in Gardolo.
With these tactical urbanism interventions, the first experimental projects begin which will be carried out in the spring/summer in the suburb of Gardolo.
The participatory approach used sought to put the needs, well-being and quality of life of citizens at the center in the design and management of urban spaces.
During these two mornings (in case of rain they will be postponed to Thursday 16th and Friday 17th May 2024) the participants will physically take possession of the space near the school, they will color it with many games such as hopscotch, twister, mirror, various shaped paths and different colors, but always and only with a single objective to have fun together.
There will also be space for kind words that they would like to read in the morning or that they would like to dedicate, they will visually make it a more child-friendly space, remembering the question “whose street is it?” The children replied that “the road belongs to everyone, but it is also ours”
You are all invited to participate in these two events and unleash the artist within you to make the space for everyone.
