Domenico and Raffaele Capriati were brothers, both sons of Sabino and nephews of the boss Antonio Capriati. They also ended up in prison Vito Lucarelli, 21 years old, and Michele Schiavone, 20 years. Lorusso, Capriati and Lucarelli are accused of illicit possession of narcotic substances (3,832 kilograms of hashish, cocaine and marijuana) and receiving stolen goods and possession of a revolver with a full magazine, a weapon found stolen in 2011. Michele Schiavone, on the other hand, bears the sole charge of illicit possession of a narcotic substance.

The facts date back to 29 September last year when the investigators of the Flying Squad, during an anti-drug operation, in the heart of Bari Vecchia, in the places of drug dealing under the control of the Capriatis, managed to find, with the help of anti-drug dogs, two hideouts used to hide drugs and weapons.
