“The Digitalis Natura”: the works of the young artists of the Carrara Academy on display in Pietrasanta

From 7 to 22 May in the gallery The Project Space Of Pietrasanta the collective exhibition will be hosted “The Digitalis Nature” which explores the new frontiers of art through photographs, graphics, interactive installations, AI and 3D animations of the talented young artists ofCarrara Academy.

The exhibition wants to be an ideal bridge between new languages ​​and artistic expressions in the name ofdigital art and Artificial Intelligence.

The works of the Iranian are on display Saba Rabie (1998), Chinese Changxu Chen (2000), the Italians Alessandro Destro (1999), Federico Petrucci (1996), Furio Femia (1984), Emanuele Baccigalupi (2001), Fatma Barbafiera (1990), Mattia Tognoni (1998).

The exhibition explores a profound reflection on role and impact of digital in our contemporary society. The unpublished works presented offer a diversified overview of urgent and current issues: from gender fluidity at power dynamics, give it cultural stereotypes at the climate crisis and at war tensions.

Through a variety of mediums including interactive digital installations, performances, visual and multimedia art, but also the use ofArtificial intelligence, the artists propose a complex and multifaceted narrativeinviting visitors to reflect on ours life that now coexists with digital.

The exhibition is open to free entry until May 22nd every day from 10am to 12.30pm and from 4.30pm to 7.30pm, closed on Mondays and on Tuesdays only open in the afternoon 4.30pm – 7.30pm.
