This year school will end earlier than usual – on June 6th – throwing parents into panic who will have to jump through hoops to find accommodation for their children. Don’t worry though because registration for the summer camps is already open SBK en Movement which also this year cover the entire summer, non-stop, without breaks, for a total of 12 weeks. From June 10th to August 30thin fact, the boys born from 2012 to 2021, they will be able to have fun playing basketball but not only that. The only summer center in Aosta for the very little ones of three years oldtherefore, who will have the opportunity to gently approach sport in general with activities dedicated to them.
Designed to meet the needs of all families, the activities offered by the SBK – Sport Be Kulturein fact, they are varied and above all promote motor activity, with a view to developing basic coordination, using the classic “games of the past”, but also challenges, competitions and tournaments, for all disciplines, and even games of water, artistic and cultural workshops, music and yoga courses. Qualified instructors with degrees in motor sciences will liven up the days. Among the new features this year stand out the day at the poolinserted by popular demand, and the collaboration with Aosta Free Movesan artistic movement from the Valle d’Aosta that includes various disciplines in the field of dance and beyond.
Also this year in Aosta the location will be double, with the Don Bosco to cover the hottest months of July and August, and the historic headquarters of Plan Felinaz, at the sports center, for the three weeks of June. Flexible entry and exit times have also been confirmed: in the morning it will be possible to bring children between 7.30 and 9, while in the afternoon pick-up is expected between 4.30 and 5.
There are many discounts available: in the months of July and August, for those who are already there SBK member and has therefore completed the season, in fact, the cost will be €135 euros per week, lunch and insurance included, while for all others will be €155. There are obviously further discounts for brothers and sisters, for residents of Aosta in the first 4 weeks, for students of Don Bosco in Aosta and for Aosta Free Moves members, but also for those who decide to take advantage of more weeks (from the fifth to 5 week onwards -10%). Further discounts will then be possible following agreements with the Municipalities.
For all summer centers the option of half day (excluding lunch), choice between morning (9.00 – 12.00) or afternoon (2.00 – 5.00 pm) at a cost of €110 and possibility of additional lunch, for those who request it. The package discounts in this case are halved.
A non-competitive medical certificate is mandatory for participation. It is possible to combine weeks in different locations. Registration will remain open throughout the summer, subject to availability of places.
