The mayor and the municipal council of Ledro have heard from the provincial bodies, which, following a discussion with the works director and the companies in charge of the complex Mezzolago construction site, communicate updates on the operations and announce that we can hope for the partial reopening of the road starting from this weekend.
Let’s go into detail: we proceed at a rapid pace for the nailing and the installation of rockfall protection nets above the road.
Similar work is also carried out under the road and it should be remembered that thedue to the need for this latter intervention emerged precisely during the works: in fact, the presence of instability in the underlying rock was also ascertained, which therefore it is reinforced through the installation of 6 meter deep nailings.

Towards the end of the week, moreover, it will have to be the rockfall barrier, 3 meters wide, has already been prefabricated in the laboratory and will therefore be positioned.
If the weather does not slow down the work of the companies working on the construction site, it will be possible to reopen the road, with alternating one-way routes, starting from this weekend.
