GALLARATE – The correspondent of Strip the News, Max Laudadiohe returned to take care of the Number 8 in via Torino where maintenance work has not been carried out for years and on which a disaster has been looming for months declaration of unusability precisely because of the state of degradation it is in. The position of the administrator

And again: «How could I prepare work plans with companies that I would never have been able to pay 90% of the agreed amount?». The tenants, explains Laudadio, in order not to remain in the middle of the street would be willing – or so they say in words – to pay the necessary sewer works provided that the Municipality undertakes to suspend the removal. Interviewed, the prefect Salvatore Pasquariello however, he recalled that “there is the power and the duty to carry out an order to which there are no alternatives”. In fact, it should be underlined that from 29 November 2023 – the day of the first ordinance – to date an alternative solution has never been found and the conditions inside the condominium continue to worsen.
Strip doesn’t give up
Striscia promises to keep an eye on the matter. Also because, Laudadio closes the report, «This building is not aimed at anyone’s throat? It is clear that it is more advantageous to take it at auction with no one left inside. And that’s why We will check who may be interested in purchasing it».
