Castellammare – The Municipality acquires the Terme di Stabia brand
it will cost the municipal coffers 20 thousand euros “and is related to the investments in the Antiche Terme project”.
The Municipality of Castellammare di Stabia will acquire the “Terme di Stabia” brand. The news comes directly from Palazzo Farnese which, in a note, specifies that it was the Curator Massimo Sequino who communicated the availability of the procedure to accept the purchase proposal sent on 26 February 2024 by the Extraordinary Commission to the President of the Bankruptcy Court
and Torre Annunziata as part of the auction sale procedure.
The purchase of the Brand, which only awaits formalisation, will cost the municipal coffers 20 thousand euros and is in correlation with the investments in the planning of the Antiche Terme, as well as in relation to the recent transfer of the property and the sources of Acqua Acetosella.
