The Service is included among the interventions of the municipal administration scheduled in the V Social Plan of the Social Territorial Area of Barletta in support of the weakest categories. The recipients of the Service are minors enrolled in nursery, primary and lower secondary schools who are in a situation of physical, mental and/or sensorial handicap, documented by a diagnosis drawn up by the competent Health Services. The application form, which can be downloaded at the link https://www.comune.barletta.bt.it/area_letturaNotizia/379110/pagsistema.html, must be presented to the school that the pupil will attend in the 2024/2025 school year, attaching a true copy of the updated functional diagnosis, certification from the College for the Identification of Pupils with Disabilities and a legible copy of a valid identity document of the parent/guardian.
