BARI – Tomorrow the motion of no confidence against the Emiliano council will be voted on in the Apulian regional assembly. The climate, as the hours pass, becomes increasingly hotter.
Action asks the council to speed up the rotation of managers, in particular those in the health sector who have not respected spending budgets. With a note from the regional councilors Fabiano Amati, Sergio Clemente and Ruggiero Mennea, the Calendians express their concern that the desired change of department heads remains only on paper: “We smell a mockery. The message from the director of the Health Department to the general directors of the local health authorities, inviting them to ‘maintain the calm with which we have faced all situations, even the most complicated ones, up to now’, referring to talks with the ‘president immediately after the Council Regional of 7 May’, demonstrates a sentiment aimed – once again – at violating or evading the laws, as well as a clear invasion of the field in political issues not pertaining to the tasks of the management”. For this reason Azione formulates a clear request: “The first rotation we ask for, by May 7th, is that of Vito Montanaro. Failure to accept Montanaro’s rotation by 7 May will obviously have political consequences because it violates our proposed legality protocol, which is much more robust than that proposed by Conte and the Cinquestelle”…
