A former AC Milan player recounts a truly particular and unexpected episode, featuring a legend of the Rossoneri club.
Speak about Ricardo Kaka within Milan it’s like quoting a football legend. The Brazilian playmaker was undoubtedly one of the strongest players to wear the Rossoneri shirt, as demonstrated by the numbers, plays, goals and above all the trophies won by the former number 22.
Kaka he arrived, thanks to the intuition of Adriano Galliani and Ariedo Braida, at Milan in the summer of 2003, after the Champions League victory. From a talent yet to be discovered, the Brazilian soon became a champion with unique skills, both with the ball at his feet and in progression.
Considered by all to be the example of a good boy, Kakà has always demonstrated a character mild, serene and smiling. Yet a sensational backstory revealed in the last few hours brings out a slightly more ‘nervous’ side of the former playmaker. This memory dates back to Ricky’s second experience in the Rossoneri shirt of the season 2013-2014.
Argument in training, when Kakà took a big risk
The aforementioned story was revealed Adel Taarabtanother playmaker from the past who played for Milan from January to June 2014. The Moroccan, considered an absolute talent but with always over the top attitudes, reminded the Gazzetta dello Sport when he came to blows with Kaka.
The two were teammates for a few months, in Milan led by Clarence Seedorf, but one day in training sparks risked: “In training we tried attack against defense, a 3 against two. I was very good friends with Mario Balotelli and I passed the ball to him, even though I had to support it Kaka which was better placed. In that negative year, Milan had a squad full of players with a rather lively character: Taarabt, Balotelli but also the various ones Robinho, Muntari, Mexes and De Jong. But this wasn’t enough to save a season that started badly and ended not very well.
