After the match (suspended) Mondragone denounced the aggression suffered by its players by some opponents. A Mondragone member who suffered a head injury suffered the worst.

The club has already sent videos and live broadcasts of the match, reporting the incident to the competent authorities”, reads a note from Casapesenna.
And then a clarification: “The linesman who Mondragone says had his flag raised is well captured by the images of the live cameras, he is evidently writing down the goal that made it 2-0 for Casapesenna in his notebook.”
Even the mayor of Casapesenna Marcello De Rosa hopes that such incidents will no longer occur, and that everyone will assume their own responsibilities. “Through sport, the teams have the task of bringing the best of their countries especially when they have to face off-site matches”, says the mayor.
