An Archaeological Museum at Palazzo Norante in Campomarino

The creation of the Archaeological Museum of Campomarino will be possible thanks to a significant loan of €1,778,000.00

CAMPOMARINO – The historic center of Campomarino is preparing to welcome the new archaeological museum in Palazzo Norante, with a project that promises to valorise the archaeological finds of great importance currently preserved in the deposits of the Superintendency of Molise. The ambitious project will see the light thanks to funding from €1,778,000intended for the purchase of a portion of the building now privately owned, and the subsequent construction of the exhibition rooms, as well as the introduction of reception services and modern digital technologies to enrich the visitor experience.

The news of the financing sparked positive reactions from Sen. Costanzo Della Porta and the Hon. Elisabetta Lancellotta, who expressed great satisfaction for the support received, underlining how this initiative demonstrates the attention and commitment towards the Molise territory.

The parliamentarians also underlined the importance of this funding to enhance Palazzo Norante, which aims to become an important cultural center for the entire region. “This project will not only help preserve and enhance the archaeological heritage of Molise but will also make Palazzo Norante a place of cultural attraction, contributing to the tourist and cultural development of the area”.
