Tuesday 7 May at 10.30 am The press conference to present the Digital Facilitation Services Network of the ASL Foggia will be held at the “Tatarella” Hospital in Cerignola. The press conference is promoted by the Puglia Region, ASL Foggia and InnovaPuglia SpA as part of the activities of the regional network of digital facilitation services, financed with the resources of the National Recovery and Resilience-Investment Plan 1.7.2, under the national project of the Department for Digital Transformation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (DTD). Speakers at the press conference will be Antonio Nigri, General Director of ASL Foggia, Vito Bavaro, Manager of the Digital Growth of People, Territory and Businesses Section of the Puglia Region, Tommaso Petrosillo, Manager of Information Systems and Telecommunications, of ASL Foggia, Cittadinanza Attiva, the social promotion association of Cerignola.
The Digital Facilitation Points of the Puglia Region were created to provide support to citizens who are unfamiliar with IT tools. They offer them free support services in using the internet, digital devices and public digital services. The objective is to increase digital skills to encourage the autonomous, conscious and responsible use of new technologies, promote the full enjoyment of active digital citizenship rights and encourage the use of online services, simplifying the relationship between citizens and the Public Administration. Autonomy, inclusiveness and participation are the key words of this initiative.
