The Cenacle was once the refectory of the Franciscan tertiaries of Blessed Angelina da Marsciano, who founded a first convent in Foligno. On the back wall, the large fresco of the Last Suppera scenographic masterpiece of the late fifteenth century, attributed to Pietro Perugino and collaborators.

The hall also contains other fifteenth-sixteenth century paintings which testify to the success of the Perugian pictorial style in Florence and Italy. Also on display is a splendid wooden crucifix, coming from the convent church, attributed to Benedetto da Maiano.
