44-year-old motorcyclist crashes into guardrail
A 44 year old motorcyclist from Castelleone was hospitalized in serious condition at the Maggiore hospital in Cremona after a car accident happened this morning, Saturday 4 May 2024little before 10.30am on Provincial Road 235 near the bridge on the Vacchelli Canal in the territory of the municipality of Cream.

The man was driving his motorcycle when, for reasons yet to be ascertained, he lost control of the vehicle and it’s crashed into the guardrail at the curve that leads to the roundabout for Izano and San Bernardino. In the impact, the motorcyclist was thrown from the saddle crashing to the ground and suffering several injuries.
Transported to hospital at Maggiore
On site they intervened immediately the officers of the Cremona Traffic Police for the findings of the case and the health workers of 118 with a medical vehicle and an ambulance of the Green Cross of Cremona. The 44-year-old was transported under yellow code to the Maggiore hospital in Cremona.
His condition is serious but he is not in danger of life. To allow rescue and relief operations, one lane of Provincial 235 was temporarily closed to traffic in the area of the accident, causing some disruption to regular circulation. Normal traffic was then restored.
