It presents the Scia, the report that is given when a new shop opens, for a place which however hosted an identical commercial activity which had already been sanctioned.
The story, particularly tangled and made even more difficult to decipher by the presence of numerous omissions in the published documents, is now at the center of a management order which concerns the owners of a takeaway located in the area downstream of the city. It all started a couple of weeks ago, when a woman submitted a request to the Municipality to open a business. The municipality transferred everything to the ASP, which however, a few days later, ascertained that the premises for which a new authorization was being requested were the same ones that housed a business for which closure had been imposed due to the lack of Scia.
The owners, however, did not comply with the closure obligation and worked until new controls revealed the problem. So, now, Palazzo dei giganti has rejected the request for new activity, and has ordered the “immediate cessation of the activity… warning that in case of non-compliance, the seals will be affixed and the relevant sanctions applied “.
