The day of the award ceremony of the Confindustria Romagna Cinema and Industry Awards has arrived at the Rimini Film Festival. To receive the recognition they will arrive at the Galli theater in Rimini Carlo Verdone who will receive the honorary Cinema and Industry Award, Giampaolo Letta Medusa Film (Production Award), Andrea Romeo I Wonder Pictures (Distribution Award), Laura Muccino (Casting Director Award), Marco Spoletini (Award for Editing).
At the ceremony, hosted by the journalist Paola Saluzzi, Pupi Avati was also president of the jury.
The award is given to professionals in the film industry who have distinguished themselves for their work and value.
During the ceremony, the Valpharma Prize for cinema will also be awarded to director Laura Samani, after the presentation of her works in the morning at the Tiberio cinema Small Body And Summer is over – notes on Furio.
The days of the sixth edition of the event with screenings, previews, masterclass conferences and book presentations will end tomorrow 5 May. Scheduled: The path of the supply chain (film library 10am) conversation with Fabio Abagnato (Emilia-Romagna Film Commission). A dialogue on the present of cinema at a national and regional level: from the legislative situation to the analysis of spectator consumption, there are many challenges for the future that await the system and the Film Commissions in particular, including the Emilia-Romagna one.
To follow, in the presence of Pupi Avatithe screening of one of the films supported by the Emilia-Romagna Film Commission, the documentary, produced by Partecipative Editoriali srl – Gruppo Icaro, The road that enchants. History of the discovery of the Way of the Gods, by director Diego Zicchetti.
In theaters: at the Cinemino Fellini Museum (Palazzo del Fulgor) 5pm screening of Fellini and the Shadow and for the homage to Verdone Cursed is the day I met you in the film library at 9pm.
