A trip to Lazio full of satisfactions for the patrol of junior bowls players from the province of Pesaro-Urbino engaged in recent days on the fields of Boville, in the province of Rome, in the national competition of the under 18 and under 15 Prestige circuit. In particular, in the under 15 competition three people from the Marche, all from the province of Pesaro-Urbino, placed in the first three places in the competition which saw competitors of a certain caliber at the starting line, which is why the success of the athletes from Pesaro acquires even greater prestige.
The success went (in the photo just after the awards ceremony) to Alessandro Ferragina who competed for San Cristoforo Fano, who beat Alex Raggi (Durantina) 12-0 in the final. Third place for Gianluca Ripanti (Metaurense), who lost to Ferragina in the semi-final with a score of 12-9.
Even at the senior level, the last round of competitions was characterized by excellent placings for the athletes from Pesaro. It happened again in recent days but in Morrovalle where the Tranceria Gala 2.0 Trophy was scheduled. In the competition reserved for category A athletes, an excellent third place went to Andrea Muratori (Lucrezia), beaten in the semi-final 12-4 by the winner of the race Moreno Capponi (Morrovalle). In the competition for BCD category players, in which 408 athletes participated, second place for Mauro Anatrelli (Rinascita Pesaro), beaten in the final 12-6 by Luca Capponi (Tolentino) and third place for Michele Londei (Tavernelle), defeated in semi-final 12-9 again by the winner of the Capponi match.
