The ‘Nicola Sala’ Conservatory of Benevento prepares for renewal of the Academic Council for the three-year period 2023/2026. The elections will take place on 29 and 30 May 2024 from 11:00 to 16:00 on site, in the Professors’ Hall.
The declarations of candidacy accompanied by the curriculum vitae must be submitted to the Protocol Office of the Institution or sent to the PEC address: [email protected] no later than 11.59pm on 15 May 2024.
The passive electorate is reserved for teachers, according to the art. 12 of the General Electoral Regulations, in service for at least three years with a permanent contract, including the current year.
The Electoral Commission will verify the requirements and publish the list of candidates in alphabetical order on the Notice Board. All teachers with permanent positions serving at the Conservatory with permanent positions have the right to vote, as well as annual substitutes for available and vacant positions.
The list of those entitled to vote will be published on the noticeboard within 10 days of the appointment of the Electoral Commission. The Electoral Commission, appointed by the Director, supervises all electoral operations, is made up of five members (three full members and two substitutes) chosen from among the teachers, a President and a Secretary are appointed within it.
The Electoral Office is made up of a president, two scrutineers and an alternate, designated by the Director and manages voting and counting operations, ensuring the constant presence of at least two members during voting operations.
It is possible to appeal against the decisions of the Electoral Office to the Electoral Commission within 5 days of the publication of the decisions, the latter decides within the following three days, for further details please refer to the general electoral regulations published on the institutional website.
