The Public Prosecutor of the Viterbo Prosecutor’s Office Dr. Flavio Serracchiani, holder of the criminal case opened on the tragic accident that took the life of Luisella Pallozzi on Wednesday 1st May 2024, has ordered a non-repeatable double technical assessment to shed full light on the facts. The Deputy Prosecutor, who as a matter of practice has entered in the register of suspects the drivers of the two cars involved, the sister of the victim, fifty years old from Terni, and DDM, 44 years old, from Viterbo, ordered an autopsy on the body of the fifty-four year old from Narni, esteemed and mourned obstetrician at the Santa Maria hospital in Terni, to confirm that the death occurred solely following the very serious multiple traumas reported in the crash, but also a kinematic technical consultancy to reconstruct the dynamics, causes and all responsibilities of the accident , which happened around midday at the intersection of Strada Ombrone and Strada Teverina and was detected by the local police of Viterbo. Fatal accident, the reports
The tasks to carry out the two assessments will be conferred, in the offices of the Viterbo Prosecutor’s Office, respectively on Monday 6 May 2024, at 10 am, to the medical examiner Dr. Matteo Scopetti, who will proceed with the examination, and on Wednesday 8 May, at 12, to engineer Mario Scipione, who will begin his activities on the same day, from 2 pm, with the examination of the accident site. The medical examiner, Dr. Sergio Scalise and the forensic engineer Gianluca Penta made available by Studio3A, through Matteo Cesarini, with the collaboration of the lawyer Leonardo Criscuoli, of the Ancona Bar.

n the pain of Luisella Pallozzi’s death was enough, for her loved ones there are hours of apprehension also for the fate of her twenty-two-year-old daughter, who was also transported in the Fiat 500L driven by her aunt and positioned next to her mother in the back seats: the young woman, who between due to the various traumas she suffered a fractured pelvis, on Thursday she was transferred by air ambulance from the Belcolle hospital in Viterbo – where all the injured had been taken, including the midwife who however died shortly after her arrival at the hospital – to Gemelli of Rome to undergo a delicate surgical operation and the doctors have not yet resolved the prognosis. Her boyfriend, who was sitting next to her, also suffered serious injuries, including the fracture of two vertebrae, but fortunately his life is not in danger, just as her sister and her seventeen-year-old son miraculously escaped with minor injuries. victim, who sat in the front seats, and the driver of the other car, a Volskwagen Golf, and her two children who were on board.
Fatal accident, under investigation
Luisella Pallozzi, who in addition to her two children and her sister also leaves behind her partner and mother, was going with her relatives to lunch in Bagnoregio, all together on the occasion of the May 1st public holiday: a celebration which unfortunately ended in tragedy .
