(UNWEB) Peruiga. “The Perugia Police Headquarters issued 9 DASPO measures against 4 fans from Perugia and 5 fans from Rimini who last 3 February, before the start of the Perugia – Rimini football match, valid for the national Serie C football championship, were responsible for violent clashes, with the throwing of smoke bombs, bottles and large pyrotechnics, near the “R. Take care.”

In the context, only the immediate intervention of the personnel in charge of public order services prevented the continuation of the clash and the degeneration of the facts.

Thanks to the investigations carried out by the Digos of Perugia, the viewing of the images of the video surveillance system and the images created by the Scientific Police, the investigators traced the identity of the fans involved.

The seriousness of the conduct, the danger to public order and safety created, led the Police Commissioner to issue the aforementioned measures against those involved.

The 9 measures will prohibit the recipients from accessing football, Italian Cup, international cups and championship sporting events for a period ranging from 3 to 10 years taking into account the seriousness of the individual conduct and previous prejudices.

The 9 fans will also be prohibited – starting from two hours before and until two hours after the conclusion of the sporting event – from accessing and parking in an area within 400 meters of the places in front of the stadium, the railway stations affected by the arrival or departure of fans, public car parks serving sports facilities, training places and retreats of football teams, as well as, in an area within 200 meters of distance from other places affected by parking, to the transit or transport of those who participate or attend the same events.

Any violation of the ban may be punished with a prison sentence of between one and three years and a fine of between 10 thousand and 40 thousand euros.”

Thus, in a note, the Perugia Police Headquarters.
