«The team is training well, even if spending two weeks in the gym at this time of the season is absolutely not easy. It is equally true that the playouts are a separate championship, where we will have to demonstrate that we can play those types of matches.
The direct clashes in the regular season with Padova count and don’t count: if it happens two times out of two that a team manages to obtain big advantages, it means that there are opponents with whom you play better and others with whom you play worse. But I’m not particularly worried about this aspect, halfway through the third quarter – in the second leg – we were fully in the game.
I joke with the younger ones, because the experts know how to manage these situations, while the others are beautiful and reckless: playing against Bisceglie, Ruvo or Padova changes relatively little, but we cannot afford up & down in this cycle of matches”.
