“The acquisition of the Michelin Star was for me the achievement of a highly coveted goal. Personally, I am enjoying this moment of great joy and satisfaction. I am very grateful to the owners for believing in an ambitious project from which the fruits did not take long to wait. The credit also and above all goes to my staff with whom we will work to always improve. For me, this precious recognition does not represent an arrival, but rather a starting point.” declares it chef of Il Visibilio Daniele Canella.
