One arrest, two charges in state of freedom and a large fine for driving without a licence. It is the outcome of the operation extraordinary control of the territory carried out by the Carabinieri of Cinisello Balsamo together with colleagues from the Operational Intervention Company of the 3rd “Lombardy” Regiment with the aim of guaranteeing safety and respect for legality in the streets of the city.
During the evening of May 1st the military a 37-year-old man arrested of Moroccan nationality, already known to the police due to his criminal record and doing nothing, executing the suspension of the probation measure with consequent imprisonment following confirmed violations of the provisions.
The checks then involved one 59 year old woman of Bulgarian nationality who was reported in a state of freedom for having refused to provide her personal details, same complaint also for a 21 years old Egyptian for violation of immigration rules.
Furthermore, thanks to a series of coordinated and targeted road traffic checkpoints, a fine was issued 37 year old Egyptianfor a total of almost 5,500 euros for driving without a licence, together with the owner of the vehicle for having made the vehicle available to a person without a driving licence.
