Civitavecchia Popolare: “Finding new funds for places in municipal nursery schools”
Descriptive text here

“The new call for applications for new enrollments in municipal nursery schools has just been released: only 14 places for newborns for a community of over 50,000 inhabitants. If you consider that around 50 applications are submitted annually, you realize that 2 out of 3 families are forced to turn to private facilities with increased costs and services that are not always up to the standards of care and training needs of the little ones”. Civitavecchia Popolare expresses doubts in this regard, according to which the two municipal nurseries, “Le Briccole” and the “Giardino di Ginevra” are a real feather in the cap for this city.

“The structures are beautiful and the educational offer is excellent – they take from the party that will support Enzo D’Antò in the elections – with trained staff who deserve to be supported with an increase in staff. It’s a shame, however, that few people can access this service. Increasing the offer, establishing a new nursery and increasing the number of educators and OSS workers, is in our opinion an obligatory step for the next administration.

This would translate into an advantage for families, who could count on a quality service at sustainable prices and above all in concrete support for women, who are most penalized economically and personally by the impossibility of being able to peacefully entrust their children to a valid structure.

If, with the consent of the citizens of Civitavecchia, we win the next administrative elections, Civitavecchia Popolare undertakes to find new funds to increase the places available in municipal nursery schools for the families of our city.”
