The Trento Financial Police seized 3.3 kilograms of cocaine and 88,000 euros in cash, result of an operation that led to the arrest of three individuals now detained in Spini di Gardolo.
During routine checks, you learn, the financiers noticed a 30-year-old man with a history linked to drug dealing, behave suspiciously along the Fersina stream.
After following him, they saw him hand a bag to the driver of a parked car, a 23 year old Albanian man from the province of Milan. Although they managed to stop the driver, the 30-year-old fled.

They were found in the bag 58,000 euros in cash, while three blocks of cocaine and another 30,000 euros were discovered in the car.
Thanks to subsequent investigations, the financiers managed to locate the fugitive and, at the request of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the investigating judge of the Court of Trento issued a precautionary custody order.
The man has been found in the company of a 26 year old undocumented compatriot, on which a “trace” provision was pending for crimes related to drug dealing.

All three are now in detention in Spini di Gardolo.
The seized narcotic, once cut, it could have brought in over 1.5 million euros and would have generated over 15,000 average single doses.
This operation is part of the efforts of the Guardia di Finanza to combat drug trafficking in the region.
