A press conference of the “generAzioni conscious” Association will be held on Monday 6 May 2024 at 10.00 am in the Pellegrino Hall, located in via Acrone in Agrigento, for the presentation of the “DIGITAL PACTS”, a new commitment for digital citizenship in the city of Agrigento. With the “DIGITAL PACTS” the “generAzioni conscious” Association proposes a path aimed at promoting the birth and development of community pacts for the use of technology in the territory of Agrigento and in the Sicily region with the aim of promoting educational alliances between families, educators and institutions.
The Digital Pacts network is widespread throughout Italy with over 70 active groups and more than 4000 parents who have joined a Pact.
The initiative was born from the collaboration between the center for Digital Wellbeing of the Bicocca University of Milan and the associations Mec (Community Media Education), Sloworking and Aiart (Media Citizens Association). Thanks to the work carried out this year by the “generAzioni conscious” association, the Digital Pacts will be active in Agrigento and in the Sicilian territory. This resource has national as well as local character and relevance.
