Gnocchi festival
Gnocchi, for all tastes. The festival dedicated to this specialty returns to Brugherio: appointment on Saturday 4 May, in Piazza Roma. “In the square it will be possible to taste the traditional dish and spend a moment of conviviality. A takeaway service is also provided” announced by the municipality.
Pink asparagus festival
You have until May 19th to stop by the Mezzago pink asparagus festival. As in past editions, the splendid setting of Palazzo Archinti will act as the location for the event. To enrich the program of the festival, in addition to the usual musical evenings and artistic and cultural performances, there will be opportunities to have fun, to play sports, to savor and deepen the knowledge of the excellent products of the territory which accompany our renowned vegetable, the undisputed protagonist of the entire festival . Gastronomic events, traveling shows, events dedicated to children and hot air balloon trips are planned. Beer festival at the Monza park
Craft beers, appetizers cooked on board food trucks and entertainment. From Friday 3 to Sunday 5 May the Beer Park arrives at the Cascina Costa Alta, immersed in the Monza park, in Biassono. Entrance is free. The event is organized by Paneliquido and the social cooperative Meta Onlus. Hours: Friday from 6pm to 1am, Saturday from 6pm to 1am, Sunday from 4pm to 10pm.
Pizzoccheri festival
Also given the less than tempting weather, a nice plate of pizzoccheri could be the solution to bring back your good mood. In Senago the pizzoccheri festival will be at the Sports Center in via G. Di Vittorio 2 until Sunday 5 May. On the menu are homemade sciatt, Valtellina-style pizzoccheri, tagliatelle with blueberries, speck and robiola and braised meat with mushrooms and polenta.
Apulian festival
Orecchiette with turnip tops, fried panzerotti, pasticciotti and caciocavallo. But not only. The Pugliese Festival arrives in Vimercate over the weekend from 3 to 5 May. A Typical Events appointment, in Piazza Unità d’Italia. Entrance to the event area is always free: the best street chefs will be present with their tasty dishes on the road, both sweet and savory to satisfy all palates, a selection of excellent Apulian beers, a table and counter area of food and wine products. There will also be an entertainment program with performances of pizzica and Southern music and dance.
